About role

Write and maintain code for gameplay mechanics, physics, UI, and interactions.Collaborate with designers to implement game rules, characters, and systems.Integrate audio, visual, and narrative elements into the game engine.Optimize performance across platforms (PC, console, mobile, VR/AR).Build multiplayer systems with networking code (if applicable).Create and use game engines (Unity, Unreal Engine, Godot).Debug and fix game-breaking bugs and performance issues.Collaborate using version control systems like Git.Test and refine gameplay through QA and user feedback loops.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design new features that align with user needs, best UX practices, and sound design principles.
- Contribute to and refine the existing design system to ensure consistency, streamline component building, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- lay a key role in shaping the branding across various platforms and support Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives to effectively promote the platform.
- Conduct or assist with user research and testing to gather actionable insights and data that drive meaningful improvements to the platform.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure scoping accounts for diverse needs and requirements across the company.

What we are looking for:

- 10+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of design principles.
- Expertise in the full design cycle: from concept, research, and scoping to wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
